This page is maintained by the Loomo team and describes our current privacy practices. It is not legal advice.
Data we collect
- Account: email, display name, country, sign-up IP.
- Usage: services browsed, orders placed, wallet transactions.
- Support: tickets you submit and messages you send.
- Technical: request logs (path, status, duration) for reliability and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To provide the service — fulfil orders, run your wallet, answer tickets.
- To secure the service — detect abuse, verify referrals, investigate incidents.
- To communicate — transactional notifications; marketing only with opt-in.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request an export of your data or ask us to close your account. When you close an account, your profile is hard-deleted; retained financial and audit records are pseudonymized so your identity is no longer associated with them. Ledger and audit rows themselves are retained for 24 months for accounting and legal reasons.

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies load only after you opt in.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment provider (Flutterwave). Loomo never sees or stores your card number.
