Refund policy
Refunds land back in your Loomo wallet, not on your original payment method.
Automatic refunds
Failed and cancelled orders are refunded in full to your wallet within minutes. Partial orders are refunded proportionally for the undelivered quantity.
Manual refund requests
Open a ticket from the order detail page. Requests must be filed within 30 days of the order and include the order ID.
Wallet top-up refunds
Unused wallet balance can be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of top-up, minus any processor fees.
Ineligible cases
Orders placed against accounts you do not own, orders on private or restricted profiles, and orders violating our terms are not eligible.
